How exactly to Release Fear - Teachings from This Moment Is Your Miracle

Take the time and inquire about this extremely important question: Where do I believe my safety lies? This whole world—everything that people perceive through the five senses—is created on unconscious fear. How do this be? By the energy of our mind. Your head simply can just only see what it believes, which explains why we need to release false beliefs. In the end, the spiritual journey becomes exactly about facing this unconscious fear. This is actually the transformation of the projected world into peace. Once we perceive something fearful, we are able to always allow ourselves to take the time to pause as opposed to react. By going for a moment to open our minds and invite Holy Spirit into our perception, we invite a miraculous shift in how exactly we see things, and we are able to start to forget about habitual reacting and conditioned behaviors. We then start to open as much as inspiration. Fears Can Become PossibilitiesWhen there is fear in your brain it's the ego actively attacking your peace of mind. This results in a lot of attack thoughts and doubt.



In those moments, it's vital that you have the ability to face the fears and really ask, “What am I afraid of?” When you are in a position to see your fears and what's behind them, you are able to really enter the effectiveness of choosing to be with the Spirit and realizing there's nothing at all that can threaten you. acim Then a fear inevitably needs to leave.
