Hi! Great thanks to you for sharing this method of weight loss, but I believe that calorie counting is definitely the best way to lose weight, and I'd say that it's the only one because the main reason people get in good shape is that they eat less than they burn. But I also know that dietary supplements can accelerate the process of losing weight, so I started using Bio X4, and I already see the result.
