Cross-Platform Ecommerce App Development

[melmando]

We are evaluating mobile development options for an established ecommerce business and want an application that connects reliably with our existing website, product database, customer accounts, and order system. It should support both major mobile platforms while remaining easy to maintain and update. We are comparing different agencies and technology stacks, so I would like to understand what should normally be included in professional cross platform ecommerce app development services and what questions to ask providers.
