About This Game

Circadian City is a life simulation game unlike any other games out there. It's fun, optimistic, romantic and beyond life itself. Inspired by Stardew Valley, Don't Starve, the Sims Series and Rimworld.

You are playing as a newcomer to the city, out of the university and with a desire the explore the big city life. You will start working in a weird company, make friends, go out at nights, develop interests, build a personality and most important of all you will learn how to take care of yourself by managing your hunger, energy, happiness, social needs and stress.

The game offers (when it is out of Early Access):

Hundreds of hours of content that includes dialogues, quests, game events and lifelong goals for each playable character.
A very detailed living world. Each character in the game has friendships, interests and a complete 24/7 scripted schedule that changes in time.
Playable Dreams. You will play the character during the full 24 hours "The Circadian Cycle". You collect emotions during the day and you find yourself in a surreal world in dreams. You will meet philosophers, you will face your life, you will make decisions and you will build your personality. In the long run that brings the game a whole new aspect as your personality changes your daily needs, lifegoals and what makes you happy.
Replayability and progress. The game brings new challenges in the very long run as well. You can play the game for hundreds of hours and still explore new content and mechanics. You can keep a single character and try different scenarios or you can unlock new characters for a whole new experience.
Playable characters have lifelong goals apart from daily quests and hardships. There are unique endings for characters and different play styles are needed to reach every one of them.
A unique friendship system. Some personality types rely on close friends, some want many casual friends and some doesn't require friends at all. In order to become friends you need to interact with people and sharing interest, developing that interest is a great bonus to become friends with someone. You can join social groups, you can invite them to activities or you can just chat about the new released adventure game you played last night.

We intend to keep Circadian City a long time in Early Access and we have crazy ideas but we know that you will have crazy ideas as well once you start giving feedbacks. The most crazy part is that the architecture of the game allows tons of new content and features if we have the energy and time to implement them. We are together in this adventure. Welcome aboard!
