After experiencing several CRASHES within the 20-30 mins of gameplay (took several times in just 2 places, easily doubling the time) I just gave up. I loved this game back when I got it on a CD from a bargain bin and thought it would be nice to have it on my Steam library. A big mistake. There is no Steam support for this game whatsoever. DO NOT BUY. No. Don't do it. It is not worth it. I do not know if the original CD would still work though, I might have to check that out. But Steam version is just broken beyond repair.. Did not get the game working. Kept crashing again and again at the same situation ( Windows8 64bit ). Contacted the support but they did not help. Frustrating.. Nice game so far. Graphics are old but ok for a game from 2001, I guess. I can't save the game over the menu, but I found out that it saves automatically if you just close the game over the menu. So that is not a real problem. However, "cougar runtime engine has stopped working" is an annoying problem, which occurs usually when you hand someone over a certain bone, but also coincidentally sometimes. The latter can't be avoided, so just save often. The thing with the bone is, that you have to skip the talk with escape (even if you do that the game may crash, but after some tries you can usually make it through). Apart from these problems, which definitely need to be fixed, I really enjoy the game and its story. If you can ignore these bugs and like mystery, it is worth a try.. A game truly ahead of its time, Mystery of the Druids will keep you wondering on the mystery of a lost civilization. Suspenseful, dramatic, and full of symbolism, this is a game that will make you think about the real world when you're done, and how to better mankind as a whole.. This gaem was teh best game.. It is a mystery.. The Druid face does not appear in the game collector icon, therefore you cannot fill up your profile with these hot and salty memes. Cannot reccomend.
