For our Outdoor teak wood furniture, we only utilise sustainably sourced Javanese teak obtained from the government agency Tuffhut, which regulates access to and harvesting of tectona grandis. Tuffhut carefully developed efforts and ongoing management of teak plantations ensure that sustainability is constantly top of mind, and the annual limits on teak tree felling aids in further reforestation.

We are happy to be proponents of sustainable harvesting procedures, and the quality of mature trees (20+ years old) is far superior to that of younger trees cut in less secure and reputable locations.
