Many years ago, in the hidden village of Konoha, lived a great demon fox. When it swung one of it's nine tails, a tsunami occurred. The fourth hokage sealed this demon fox inside a boy in exchange for his own life. Naruto was that boy, and he grew up with no family, and the villagers hated him thinking that he himself was the demon fox. Naruto's dream is to become Hokage, and have the villagers acknowledge him.
Naruto Uzumaki, an adolescent ninja, struggles as he searches for recognition and dreams of becoming the Hokage, the village's leader and strongest ninja.
So recently I started watching the Naruto anime, from the beginning. I've seen all the episodes before but stopped watching it about 200 episodes into Naruto Shippuden. This time around I am skipping all filler episodes and it makes a huge difference. I also skipped episodes 6 - 19 because someone told me watching Naruto without those episodes is so much better, and I would have to agree. What I like most about this anime is the world building. I think it does the most extensive job of world building of any anime to date. And I think it was the anime that made legacies, self history and world building the to do thing in modern anime. Before Naruto, DBZ was all the rage. Don't get me wrong, DBZ is awesome but people watch it just for the action. And that was all good but gets old quick. You need a good story to tell and Naruto does just that.
Hoenstly, if you are a fan of the show... watch it once... then, honestly? Just LISTEN to it. It feels more like it is a new show and you will be more open to it. Surf the net and just LISTEN to it and it will be a lot easier to adjust to.

I thought it was horrible, but it really isn't that bad. Just imagine if the people that did Pokemon and Diginmon and Yugio and such got to it...

Also, look at it in regular format if you downloaded it, not in wide screen. Looks better.

It honestly wasn't that bad... second time... and after lots of hours of discussing how bad it is...

I might actually watch the series, it really is rather good, just you need to be accepting of it.

I'm impressed so far, so long as they don't change anything to make it for 6 year olds thanx.
