Travel through the memories of Chronos, the god of time, and discover the story of Epicus, an aspiring hero who dreams of becoming the greatest legend the world has ever seen. Or at the very least, getting a statue in his village’s main square.

Dive into a fantastic adventure full of traps, puzzles, mystical artifacts, and mythological creatures. An adventure with hundreds of possible paths today and even more tomorrow: each day, you’ll find new memories to explore and fresh challenges to overcome.

Being a glorious hero is great, but making the hero’s life difficult is even more fun. Everything - absolutely everything - you see is available for you to use in an editor with an infinite amount of ways to craft the craziest situations. Or the most surprising. Or the deadliest.
But don’t limit yourself to creating levels. This editor lets you go even further. Thanks to its campaign mode and narrative options, you’ll be able to include dialogues, design quests, and create entire chapters with your own plot. Imagine your very own 2D platform adventure and make it a reality as you fuel the legend of Epicus.

Million to One Hero is a solid platformer, very engaging and with high replayability. The game is very addictive and you never want to stop trying different levels. The level creator is one of the highlights, as so far is the strongest platform in-game level creator I have seen--it actually shares similarities with The Incredible Machine (good old fun!). The playability is smooth, great soundtrack!-- I miss NyxQuest, so it is a nice "sequel". Well, the game is really enjoyable, despite costing a fortune in it's early access stage.

Pros:
+ good music.
+ good combat and overall mechanics,
+ challenging challenges.
+ high scores & weekly feats.
+ has level editor.
+ runs great on Linux Mint.

Cons:
- characters most likely will not be voiced.
- still in development (needs more levels\/adventures).

Since our latest post (v1.0.2), we have added, improved and fixed many things. Here you have all features now included on v1.0.6:

- Fixed bug where ball got stuck on player.
- Improved color palettes for some stages.
- Added optional gamepad vibration (Windows).
- Continuous player flash if strong attack is charged.

- Overly horizontal ball direction is now less probable.
- Enemies now tend to go down.
- Minor fixes and adjustments.
