Medical Marijuana - A Question Medicine Or A Dangerous Supplement?

To date, medical marijuana is legalized in the United Claims in 30 claims including the next:

Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Colorado, Connectiut, Delaware, DC, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusets, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hamshire, New Hat, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Kansas, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington and West Virgina.

All these states have their very own regulations and directions regarding use and qualifications.

In Texas, the Medical Marijuana Legalization Project, also known as Amendment 2, offered December 8, 2016 for qualified individuals underneath the direction of a qualified and licensed marijuana doctor. More over, that amendment passed with an overall total of 6,518,919 (71.32%) YES votes and 2,621,845 (28.68%) NO votes.

The government has classified Marijuana as a Routine 1 drug rendering it illegal for health practitioners to prescribe marijuana to their patients. These marijuana medical practioners can just only make suggestions for medical pot in compliance with their state law which can be legitimate as much as 1 year. Patients can't visit a pharmacy to load a prescription for medical marijuana.

Under strict rules, medical marijuana doctors Ann Arbor Dispensaryprohibited to be connected with any medical pot distributors or dispensaries.

Only particular people with "debilitating illnesses" are provided legitimate protection under this amendment. Conditions labeled below their provision contain PTSD (Post Traumatic Pressure Disorder), Chronic muscle spasms, Multiple Sclerosis, Seizures, Epilepsy, Glaucoma, Crohn's Infection, Cancer, HIV/Aids, ALS (Amyotrophic lateral Sclerosis or Lou Gehrig's Disease) and Parkinson's Disease.

Even though the above mentioned conditions were suggested as "primary debilitating situations", below this provision, Amendment 2 also suggested: "or some other ailment/condition of related severity/symptoms, as decided with a physician's opinion that the medical use of marijuana would outweigh any potential health risks ".
