About This Game

League of Evil is an action game where you, as a bionic super agent take on the mission to defeat the League of Evil. Use your acrobatic skills to punch your way through levels filled with deadly traps and defeat your enemies. The world is counting on you!

In this new version we bring you new features such as new exclusive levels and a level editor, that will allow players to create and share their own levels! You can even share levels with players on other platforms as this function works between PC, Nintendo Wii U and 3DS.

Ignore my playtime here. I've completed this on both iOS and Android.

League of Evil is a great Super Meat Boy style platformer. Think replaying very short levels so you can get the perfect run. The pixel art is solid, controls tight and the music sets the tone well. Worth a buy!. Sidescroller-2d-pixelart jump-n-run brawler with 1to3-star-level-rating replayability plus "get the bag next time if you didnt got it the first run through".

What a lovely game!. I'm putting this as recommended, with some caveats.

This is a great platformer, and I played it thoroughly on iPhone. It's really fun!

Pros:
1. Great graphics
2. Fun gameplay
3. Easy to pick up and play
4. Challenge ramps up in a fair way.

Cons:
1. No custom controls. I want "X" for attack, and "A" for jump. Not included.
2. Xbox Controller isn't fully recognized. The shoulder buttons do not work, and the start button doesn't work, either.
3. No ultra wide screen support.

Though there are few enemies and only a jump and a dash, each level feels very unique and you find yourself having to create new ways to get through a stage. With such linear paths you would think the game would havo only one way to jump through and beat each part but it doesn't, the game devs can really pride themselves on their ability to make a special kind of platformer with this one.

Now the game isn't perfect of course, you will find that hitboxes are very messed up on a lot of the traps as well as certain platforms, but the gameplay of each level makes up for the bugs that may occur from time to time. The levels are also short enough that a single bug that kills you and starts you over does not make you feel like you have lost much time,a s most of the challange is the individual parts rather than doing each part back to back to back until you get through once without messing up.

TL;DR The game is fairly cheap, gives you hours of play and really feels like a unique platformer, given its simplicity.. It's a good game I enjoyed playing years ago on my android device, I'm glad to find it here on steam as well, also in a 90% sale :D

I recommend.. It's a very decent platformer that demands accuracy, speed, action, and some insight.

You can complete each level multiple times to get the different targets (speed, collecting items, killing certain characters) which brings a fresh breeze to this type of games (Jumpman-style).

I really enjoyed the game so far and apart for the next two items I wouldn't do any dramatic changes to the gameplay / style of the game; extra content ofcourse is always a nice thing so i won't consider that as 'changing something' to the game;
*(1): fix the fixed screen-resolution; currently the game plays at 720p and only at 720p. This might be nice for some uniformity or to make sure all notebooks run the game just fine but i rather play at 1080p so that the game can run at native resolution of my 24" monitor 720p on 24 inches really starts to look Lego.
*(2): Let us customize controls decently, and this has 2 parts. First the keyboard; there's choice between using layout for qwerty, dvorak and workmans's keyboard layout. Now; the second most used layout is neither dvorak or workmans but AZERTY, it's used by almost all french speakers, even I use it as a dutch speaker in Belgium. Secondly is about the controller options; we can only make a choice between a few preconfigured settings like A= jump and B= hit, where X keeps being unused, or we can pick X: jump and A= hit... No option available for the most obvious one: a=jump and X=hit so that really needs to be fixed too; let us set our own settings; thanks!
