So short... But so cool. 9\10. Well, it could be some kind of closure for everlasting summer. The personalities are the some, it somewhat establishes what E.S. cannon ending could be, it is kind of a "cheer up, new year, new hopes..." blabla story, you just "have to" choose with whom you want to spend it with. The visuality is a bit more polished, the sounds are ok I guess. But all in all it is a "Meh.." kind of visual novel. It fulfilles it's purpose as a new year's wish.Let it pass.
However the english translation...Oh God... Well I can undarstand that it can be hard to translate from Russian to English, but it is full of sentences made with "Russian language logic" , so in English either they don't make much sense or they just make my eyes bleed. There are even some sentences that make me feel they were made with google translator or something like that.. Great, but i had some inconveniences with user interface.. No nude chicks but still made me crai. Sweet little game to play over the holidays. It's especially nice if you have a russian girlfriend :-). Short, cute, way more poorly translated than the game it's based on but makes for a few quality minutes for someone who's played said game before. Don't recommend it to someone who hasn't, though.. Even though this short Visual Novel's English dialogue has all kinds of spelling mistakes, and also plays the "every female is secretly into you" gimmick commonly found in these, it had a nice, brief message in the end and was alright. And at the price of free, I don't see why you shouldn't give it a try.. I think this is a VN for who don't want to spend too much time in a longer one, and it has nice stories to tell.
The problem maybe is the pause menu, a visual novel, and one with so many routes, NEED have more saves slots, a buttom for load in-game, and of course one for EXIT the game.
If we put aside those problems, we have an interesting and nice VN. Light & sweet.
If 2change launch a new version, with this problems solved and longer stories, no matter if it's not F2P, i'll insta buy it.. Frosty Kiss........ this game wasnt as good as everlasting summer (one of my favorite games ever) but as expected of the devolopers they made a pretty good game yet again. Though they are only visual novels, it is awesome to kick back from all the shooting and explosions and stress of normal games and play a vn. Though Frosty Kiss was only a short game it was a good game though there were problems in it (like every game).

Pros:
- It continues on from the story of everlasting summer and continued it quite nicely though there was one incoherent portion I will get to that soon enough. The story is quite unique, fun and exciting and if you played the last game, even though there arent any, there is the feeling in the back of your head "does this lead to the bad ending" that makes you hesitate.
- It has great character art and background art, the art was done wonderfully and they even added some differences to them do to age which was a good idea in my opinion because no one looks the same forever.
- The sound effects arent bad, they are on queue with the dialogue and they arent like normal cheap just get them offline ones they are of a more moderate quality not the best but it isnt the worst either.
- They did pretty good on the english translations though they werent as good as everlasting summer, you can tell quite a bit of work was put into it.
- Catchy fun to listen to music that matches the scenarios is something not every vn or game has but this does and I quite enjoy it.


Cons:
- The grammar was pretty off and there was a word in there that I havent even heard of before and if it was a real word then it wasnt in the right context. Also there were a few typos and accidental extra letters in the middle of and at the end of some words/names.
- I looked up how to get the acheivments because I completed every ending and didnt get a single one and it said to complete the endings to get them. Either the acheivments are broken for only me or they are broken for everyone, but they seem to be broken.
- It was quite short and I didnt really get a lot of play time on this but I didnt have to take hours to find all the endings either like on everlasting summer.
- One incoherent part of the story from everlasting summer after you get the true ending or last ending it tells you that zhanya and mecca (hope I remembered that correctly) never existed and were just created by that world they were in.




SO the jist of it is its a pretty good game and all games have flaws expecially to people who are of another nationality than the developers, translations arent perfect because languages are so different. Though they definetly did better than putting it through google translate thats for sure. I am gonna rate a 8/10 only because it is a great addition to the story, though that might be a bit much I love the developers and the games they have created so far and I cant wait for more.. When i started playing this game after finishing Everlasting Summer, i thought it would be so-so. Because, let's be honest, not all sequels are great (Duke Nukem, DMC, James Bond as a Daniel Craig...), but this sequel was so fun to play and had left me with so much warmth, that i like it even more than the original full game.

It's short, but easily understandable. It has some minor problems, though (when you try to save your process on existing save file, the game asks if you want to close the game, menu scroll thingy, sometimes lags and doesn't open from first 3 tries). Other than that, it's pretty cool and totally worth spending 20-45 minutes to play (i read a bit slow, to immerge into story, that's why it took me 45 minutes to finish).
