Why be good when you can be... bad? Cursed Treasure 2 is an addictive tower-defense game that puts the power of darkness at your fingertips. As a creature of ultimate evil, you don't ask for much... just to raze the odd kingdom, and have your cache of all-powerful magical gems safely hidden away. Too bad the (ugh) good guys are out to steal them. Using the powers of the orcs, demons, and undead, you'll build unique and powerful towers along paths to destroy any hero that dares get close.

Upgrade your undead cemeteries to instill fear in foes that makes them flee in the opposite direction, or turn your demonic temples into mighty icons capable of turning the ground to lava beneath anyone's feet. You'll upgrade and enhance each unique type, and of course, unlock spells of your own to enter the fray... when the going gets tough, the tough drop meteors on everyone else, after all.

Sure, your enemies have paladins and angels and ninjas and more, but when you've got power like yours, they'll wish they stayed at home. Cursed Treasure 2 is casual but engaging tower-defense with style, packed with 24 levels that can be conquered normally or in Night Mode for even more challenge. It's good to be bad.

I don't see how to beat the final level without any Skull-powerups, which are pretty much cheats to me. Where's the fun in beating the game with cheats? To me, this feels like a bad port from mobile to PC, where the pay-to-win currency simply became integrated as a random minion's drop.. Played it on armorgames I think

great game even on the 2nd runthrough. One of the best tower defense games in my opinion. Only one that beats this is Kingdom Rush. The game is a bit simpler but has enough variety and things happening to do to keep you entertained. If you enjoy tower defense games, this is a must have. It's practically a steal for $5. Especially if it's on sale.. Currently, the game does not seem to save progress. Makes it a bit hard to enjoy, really.. I played the originals over on Kongregate and I was thrilled when Cursed Treasure 2 appeared on Steam. The only reason this thing isn't more widely considered a gaming classic is because the torrent of lesser games smothers gems like these. Highly reccomended, very charming, very polished and loads of fun! If you've got to play one tower defense game in your life, this is the one.. still great game played it on tabblet and on armor games :). Weird design choices and really badly made.

The same stuff that was bad in the web version is as bad or even worse. Enemies sometimes spawn way too far away from towns or castles, sometimes you click on spells or even if you use hotkeys, they are immediately deselected. What fun if sometimes a three star rating is ruined because that does not work.

There are no real improvements gameplay wise in this version, unless you consider "artstyle" to be important. The core mechanics are WORSE than in the free flash version.

The game runs choppy in fullscreen and is definitely a downgrade from the free flash version widely available on the web. Just try it yourself and you'll see.. Fun tower defence game! reminds me of element TD in wc3

That difficulty can be offset if you grind and play the map again with a stronger power level though!. Tower Defense with a nice cartoony look, 24 well crafted maps, and 18 different towers (3 basic, 6 mid tier, 9 high end). You upgrade skills between levels due to XP gain per level. It plays smoothly and has enough options for a 2D PC game. If you are stuck, you can grind a bit for XP or skulls (needed for OP spells), that make your life easier. Beating it is a challenge, Beating it with 3 star ratings on the last 3 levels seems impossible without some heavy skull grinding. If you like tower defense games, you probably already know this one. But if you want to know, if you like it, play the free browser version. (This one is far superior though.)
