god is dead and this is why. Its weird af but fun af. I streamed a playthrough of it and my viewers enjoyed it as well characters are also cute. the issue of her being a grasshopper and you the only human never comes up. I was expecting there to be a issue or forbidden love aspect to the story with you both being different but nope, just generic story with bug art, with no point to her being a grasshopper. characters a plain and story is dull.
glad i only it in a humble bundle for the lols.. I got Creature Romances: Kokonoe Kokoro in a Humble Bundle. Yes, it's a dating VN about a grasshopper girl. Unfortunately, it delivers on none of the things which could make a VN great. Major shortcomings in every area. There are a few meme-worthy moments, and that's about it.

I don't regret giving it a try or spending $0.33 on it, but there isn't much here to recommend.. Why are we still here? Just to suffer?. very very good game. It was...strange, but it did make me reflect on the monstergirl phenomen. Also, the teacher is ♥♥♥♥ing horrifying, I partly expected the story to take not so okie dokie turn.. Got this in a bundle for the weirdness of it. Definitely expected a little more from this VN.
The most I got out of it was making my S.O. uncomfortable, so at least that's something. . Kinetic with one decision, and two of those answers are obviously the "wrong" answer.

I'm cool with spending a couple dollars for half an hour of my time. If you're only investing like $2 you shouldn't be expecting a great game. It's mediocre and moderately entertaining, and that's about what I expected to get out of it. Since my expectations were met, I'm satisfied.

Whoever the artist was that did the sprites deserves a pat on the back, because there are subtle variations in the expressions and I actually liked those a lot. I was expecting maybe one or two expressions and there are 3-5 for Bug Girl and Skull Boy.

I wouldn't read this on LSD, and it would probably be best with friends.
