Phatbox audi concert manual @393@

I've just ordered a PhatBox for installation in my Audi A4 Avant. Has anybody encountered critical problems while and/or after installing such a thing in the car. Worth mentioning is the fact that I have no CD-changer installed in my car and that I accordingly need to have a cable run from the Radio/CD unit (a Concert II model) back to the trunk where the PhatBox will be installed.
